A joint venture between O’Shea & Galliard Homes sold the land adjacent to Baltimore Tower to the Collective. The land had planning for a 21 storey hotel building. O’Shea are now working with The Collective as the main contractor.
The development will comprise of approximately 706 Collective studio flats, supported by communal kitchens and various flexible amenities. There will be a range of shared entertainment spaces on the lower levels. Next to the reception and the entrance lobby, a ground floor café, and bar will be open to the public. Co-working office facilities will be provided on levels 0 & 1. Level 1 will also play host to tenant kitchens, a games room and a gym. Studio flats will make up the entirety of levels 2 through 19. Level 20 will be fitted out with a swimming pool, spa, restaurant and further shared amenity.
