A reinforced concrete frame contract of a single storey basement with ramp access from the podium and 6 blocks over ranging from 4 storey to 10 storey high, to eventually provide 260 apartments and a hotel, including commercial and retail space. the works included all excavations, temporary works and drainage as well as the RC frames and finally the external paving and landscaping. The site was bordered at the rear by Deptford Creek and the DLR. The project had a total floor area of 31,750 m2 and used 14,000m3 of concrete with 2,500 tonnes of reinforcement.
