A phased project of 377 apartments, and a hotel, together with retail and commercial space over 5 blocks, with a basement energy centre below one block and a car park below another block. The blocks range in height from 5 storeys to the 27 floor tower block centrepiece of the development. the energy centre included a CHP unit and Bio-Mass boiler to supplement the traditional boilers and provide heat and hot water to the development. The tower was enclosed with a Unitised Cladding system which allowed the fit out to start on the 20th floor while the RC Frame was on the 24th floor.
