Mixed- used development of over 17 acres to provide in excess of 200,000 sq. ft of employment uses integrated with over 1,500 new homes with a range of ancillary activities to create a new and exciting quarter for Southall. In Q2 2017 O’Shea, in joint venture with Galliard Homes and Cain International acquired the Honey Monster and surrounding sites. O’Shea are currently working on delivering a planning consent for this large mixed use scheme.
