The whole development comprised 910 residential uses alongside various commercial uses.
Phase 1- 364 Apartments & retail/commercial in five buildings that varied in height between 6 and 16 storeys. Also included a centrally landscaped courtyard with a single level basement (171 car spaces) under the whole development.
Phase 2- Groundworks sub-structure and RC frame for a development of 546 apartments and a 108 bed hotel.
