Chiltern Street

Details

Winner of the ‘Best Apartment’ accolade at the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2017, The Chilterns in Marylebone presents 44 luxurious apartments and penthouses, all boasting state-of-the-art facilities and interior designs handpicked by the renowned Rabih Hage. Inspired by The Beatles’ iconic ‘Apple Boutique’, which was located a few yards from the site until 1968, The Chilterns’ striking façade features varied vertical patterns and colours, emulating a series of records on a shelf.

Residents can enjoy premier facilities including access to a private gym, spa and cinema, as well as a 24-hour concierge. Adding to the extraordinary lifestyle on offer is the opportunity for residents to own a temperature-controlled cellar, stocked by the distinguished wine merchant Berry Bros. & Rudd. If that was not impressive enough, adjoining the reception foyer is a lobby gallery, featuring British photographer David Bailey’s ‘Marylebone Collection’, commissioned exclusively for The Chilterns.

O’Shea acted as the main contractor for the build. This comprised demolition, constructing three basement levels, ground to 7th floor shell and core and fit out, and a range of commercial uses to include retail, health club and a restaurant.
